About This Design

Riviera pavé refers to a continuous line of small diamonds set close together along the band, like a river of light. Combined with a cathedral setting, where the metal arches up gracefully to hold the center stone, it creates a tall, elegant profile that shows off the center diamond.

Why 18K White Gold

18K white gold is 75% pure gold blended with white metals and finished with a bright rhodium plating, which gives it a crisp, silvery look that makes diamonds appear whiter and brighter. Over time the rhodium can wear, especially on the underside of the band; we can polish and re-plate your ring to bring back its original shine.

Caring for Your Engagement Ring

Clean your ring at home by soaking it in warm water with a little mild dish soap and gently brushing behind the stones with a soft toothbrush. Take it off for the gym, swimming and housework. Every six months or so, stop by Karat 22 and we will clean and polish your ring and check the prongs, and we offer prong repair and stone tightening if anything ever needs attention.
