NO MAKING CHARGES

What are making charges?

When you buy gold jewelry, most jewelers charge you twice. Once for the weight of the gold at the current market rate, and again for the labour that went into crafting the piece. That second charge is the making charge, and it typically runs 10 to 25% of the gold value. On a $5,000 piece that is $500 to $1,250 you rarely see itemised.

How we price this collection

Every piece on this page is sold with no making charges. You pay the gold rate for the weight you are buying, plus a flat markup we will show you at the counter. Ask us to weigh any piece and walk you through the calculation.

Gold prices move daily, so prices in this collection follow the current gold rate.

Does this mean lower quality?

No. These are the same 22K pieces from the same workshops as the rest of our collection. The difference is in how we price, not in what we sell.
